Master Copy watches are high-quality replica timepieces inspired by luxury designer brands (such as Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, etc.). They are crafted with precision to closely resemble the original designs in terms of appearance, weight, and function. Please note: These are NOT original authentic branded goods. We clearly state that they are replicas.
2. Are your watches Swiss Made?
Most of our watches use high-quality Japanese (Miyota/Seiko) or Chinese (Shanghai/ETA clones) automatic movements. While some models may have Swiss-grade components, they are not officially “Swiss Made” as that certification is reserved for authentic branded watches.
3. Where are you located?
We are based in the heart of Marina Dubai, United Arab Emirates. While we do not have a public showroom for browsing due to the nature of our products, we are available 24/7 via WhatsApp and email for inquiries.
4. Are you open on Fridays?
Yes! We are 24/7 Open, including Fridays and public holidays. You can message us on WhatsApp anytime, and we will respond as soon as possible.

11. Do you offer discreet shipping?
Absolutely. All watches are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. There are no logos or descriptions on the outside of the package that indicate the contents are watches or replicas. The return address is generic to protect your privacy.
12. Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary widely by country, so please check with your local customs office for more information.
13. What if my package is seized by customs?
We package items discreetly to minimize this risk. However, if your package is seized, please contact us immediately. If you purchased Seizure Insurance at checkout, we will work with you to resolve the issue (either a reship or refund). If you declined insurance, we cannot be held responsible for customs seizures.

14. Are the watches waterproof?
Most Master Copy watches are water-resistant for daily use (splashes, rain, hand washing) but not suitable for swimming, showering, or diving. Unless explicitly stated in the product description that the watch has been tested for water resistance, we recommend removing the watch before contact with water.
15. Do the watches come with a box?
Most watches come packaged in a protective generic watch case or pouch to ensure safe transit. If you require a specific brand-named box, please inquire via WhatsApp for availability and pricing.
16. How do I set the time and date on my watch?
Instructions vary by model. If you need assistance, please WhatsApp us a photo of your watch, and we will guide you through the process.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY
17. What is your return policy?
We only accept returns for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please see our full [Refund & Return Policy] for details.
18. What is covered under warranty?
We offer a [Insert Number]-month warranty on the movement only. This covers the internal mechanism stopping or malfunctioning. It does not cover water damage, scratches, or wear and tear.
19. How do I start a return?

- Provide your order number and a photo/video of the defect.
- If approved, we will issue an RMA number and return instructions.
- Ship the watch back to our Dubai address (shipping cost is your responsibility).
20. When will I get my refund?
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
